For this reason, the following aspects have been particularly valued:

• The IGNITER EC-2074 varnish development project, with Euroclass Bs2d0a classification, demonstrates a high standard in fire safety.

• Actions to reduce production losses, improve efficiency in using raw materials and reduce waste.

• The implementation of tintometric systems to improve efficiency in customers’ facilities.

• The strengthening of the web channel as a means of attracting new customers.

Commitment and compliance

The report confirmed that our management system generally complies with the requirements of the reference standards. It was found to be effective in ensuring compliance with quality objectives, applicable legislation and stakeholder expectations. The audit highlighted as positive the organisation’s proactive approach to risk identification and management, as well as strategic planning. It has also provided us with useful recommendations that will help us to move forward, such as further developing the points that we transform into a better and more efficient development of communication with our suppliers and customers, which is in the midst of change.
